About Delos

Delos Agency builds AI agents and sales systems for service businesses: paid ads, websites, AI agents on WhatsApp and sales advisory, run as one connected process from the first ad to the closed deal.

Delos is a founder-led team based in Metro Vancouver (New Westminster, BC). Its founder, Henrique Takeshi Shimabukuro Bonfim, is an economist from the University of Brasília (UnB) with a postgraduate in AI and automation from Rocketseat and a background in sales and commercial strategy. He leads the diagnosis, the strategy and the client relationship on every project.

Delivery is collaborative. Marcos works with Henrique across Delos projects, while paid-media work includes specialist support. Clients stay close to the people doing the work without the layers of a large agency.

The team connects sales strategy, marketing, process, customer experience and technology. We find where a business is losing opportunities, then put the missing pieces in place to attract, convert and follow up on more of them.

From Metro Vancouver, Delos serves businesses across Canada and the United States. Henrique is currently completing postgraduate studies in International Business Management at Douglas College, bringing that international perspective into how the agency approaches growth and operations.
