2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you:

• Fill in a contact or landing page form on this website
• Contact us by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp
• Book a call or a meeting with us

That information typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you tell us about your business needs.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, through analytics and advertising tools described in section 6.

3. Why we use it

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the services you asked about
• Schedule and run consultations
• Send you information about our services, where you have consented
• Improve this website and how we communicate
• Meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above without asking you first.

4. Commercial messages (CASL)

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) governs commercial electronic messages. When you submit a form asking us to contact you, that request is your consent for us to reply about your enquiry. Marketing emails, where we send them, always identify us, include our contact information, and carry a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and never affects service communications about work already underway.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, for example form and automation processing, email delivery, CRM, hosting and analytics, and only to the extent needed to do that work. Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. This includes Google Tag Manager along with Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well if you do.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, access controls, encrypted connections and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

8. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need
• Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia

9. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymise it securely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced by email or through a notice on this website. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
