In short

What does a CRM and sales dashboard setup involve?

Delos structures your sales pipeline, implements or cleans up your CRM, connects it to your forms, ads and WhatsApp, and builds a dashboard that shows leads, team activity and results in one place. The process comes first, so the CRM fits how you sell instead of the other way round.

Who it is for: Service businesses that track sales in spreadsheets, or have a CRM nobody trusts.

Sales data, put to work

CRM, integrations and dashboard running as one operation

We organize the process, connect the sources and turn scattered records into information you can actually decide with.

One central view

Every opportunity in one place, with history, owner and next step.

Numbers you can trust

Reporting built on data the team actually maintains, not on guesswork.

Clearer management

You can see what is moving, what is stuck and what needs a decision.

The problem

Having a CRM is not the same as having control of your sales

When forms, messaging, campaigns and spreadsheets don't talk to each other, the team burns hours re-entering data and leadership gets a partial view of the pipeline.

Switching tools does not fix that on its own. Process, data, ownership, integrations and metrics have to line up so the system reflects the operation as it really runs.

A CRM treated as a contact list

  • Generic configuration
  • Out-of-the-box stages
  • Too many fields
  • Shallow training
  • Little integration

With Delos Agency

  • Review of the current process
  • A pipeline shaped around your business
  • Only the fields that earn their place
  • Integrations with your channels
  • Automation where it helps

What changes

What changes when your sales data works together

One pipeline

Every opportunity lands in the right place with a next step

Lead sources are connected to the CRM, with clear stages, owners, tasks and criteria. The team knows what to do next and leadership can see where each deal stands.

Professionals reviewing sales data and reports

Management dashboard

The numbers start answering leadership's questions

The dashboard shows source, volume, conversion, pipeline speed, losses and results. You follow what is happening without waiting on a manual report or someone's opinion.

Useful automation

Less repetitive work and less information lost

Records, tasks, alerts and updates can be automated where it makes sense. Technology cuts the operational load without building something the team can't maintain.

Why Delos

The tool adapts to the process, not the other way around

Process before tooling

The CRM is built from how your business actually serves and sells.

Connected data

Different sources can be wired together so information stops scattering.

A dashboard for your questions

The metrics are chosen because leadership actually asks about them.

Automation with a purpose

Automation is used to cut busywork and stop opportunities from being dropped.

Team training

The team learns to run the process and keep the data that reporting depends on.

One connected view

Marketing, service, pipeline and results are analysed as parts of the same operation.

How it works

From scattered records to a sales view you can trust

Three steps to diagnose, design and implement the solution with your team.

Diagnostic

We review the sales process, the channels, the tools, the existing data and what leadership needs to see.

Solution design

We define the pipeline, the fields, the owners, the metrics, the integrations and the priorities.

Implementation, dashboard and training

We configure the CRM, connect the data, build the views and prepare the team to work inside the new structure.

Who you work with

Meet the team behind the work

Projects are led by Henrique Takeshi, growth strategist and economist, with delivery supported by Marcos and specialists matched to the work, including paid media.

The work connects growth strategy, marketing, process, customer experience and technology. On a CRM and dashboard project that means turning the sales operation into something simple to use, reliable to analyse and ready to grow into.

The name comes from Delos, the small Greek island that sat at the centre of the ancient Aegean trade routes, the place everything connected through. That is the idea: your growth operation working as one connected system instead of six disconnected tools.

Process before tooling

The first review looks at your pipeline, your team, your lead sources and the tools you already run. Only then do we decide what actually needs to change.

No pushing a specific CRM, and no building complexity nobody will maintain.

FAQ

The questions that come up before starting

Tools, integrations, dashboards, data migration and how your team takes part.

It depends on scope: how complex the pipeline is, how many integrations are needed, how much data has to be migrated and how deep the dashboards go. That is why the diagnostic comes before the proposal. We assess what your case requires and present a fixed price in Canadian dollars. CRM and tool licences are purchased directly by your business and are separate from the project fee.

You do not need a CRM already in place or your data organized. We start from the sales process and let it decide the tool, the fields and the metrics. Any spreadsheet, contact list or history you already have gets assessed for reuse.

The tool is chosen based on your needs, your process, team size, required integrations and budget. We can also work with a CRM you already pay for. We are not resellers, so no recommendation here comes with a commission attached.

Not necessarily. We look at the existing tool and configuration first. In many cases the current setup can simply be fixed, which is faster and cheaper than migrating.

Yes. The dashboard can consolidate the main sales, operational and marketing metrics, according to scope and the data available.

We can look at forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, SMS and email, ad campaigns, spreadsheets, the CRM and any other system that allows integration or export.

Updates can be automatic or scheduled, depending on the tools, the integrations and what the data sources technically allow.

Yes. We can automate record creation, routing, tasks, alerts, updates and other routines identified during the project.

Yes. The team is prepared to use the CRM, follow the process and record the information the metrics depend on.

In most cases, yes. Feasibility depends on the format, quality, volume and structure of what exists.

No. The CRM organizes information and activity. The relationship and the commercial decisions stay with your people.

It can show sales or revenue values when that data is available, structured and reliably connected.

Yes. Where the data allows, we can tie lead source to progress through the pipeline and to the revenue that resulted.

Adoption depends on leadership and the team. What we control is making it easier: a clear process, sensible configuration, real training and follow-up during the rollout.

It depends on the complexity of the process, the tool, the integrations, the volume of data and the scope defined after the diagnostic.

Yes. The solution can be as simple or as robust as the business needs, a five-person company should not be handed an enterprise setup.

You have 30 days. If you are not satisfied within that window, the project ends and we refund what you paid. Before that, nothing reaches the team without your approval: process, fields, automations and metrics all pass through you first.

A conversation to understand the current process, the tools in use, the data available and the main challenges.
